Responsibilities

• Maintain the physical condition of the property according to standard operating procedures and OSHA standards
• Remove trash and debris from common areas, curbs, parking areas, and walkways
• Maintain exterior lighting by replacing bulbs and reporting inventory
• Perform lawn care including mowing, raking, weeding, and seasonal planting
• Maintain and repair irrigation systems, fountains, and pool/spa equipment
• Clean pool and spa in accordance with manufacturer specifications and code compliance
• Assist with snow and ice removal as required
• Pressure wash sidewalks, buildings, and pool decks
• Promote safety awareness to limit property loss and injury

Requirements

• High School/GED or Trade School diploma
• One year of experience in lawn or grounds maintenance
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to perform physically demanding work
• Schedule flexibility for after-hours and weekend emergencies

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Pool Operator (CPO)
