Responsibilities

• Maintain the physical condition of the property according to Standard Operating Procedures, OSHA, and industry standards
• Remove trash and debris from common areas, curbs, parking areas, walkways, and stairways
• Maintain and repair exterior lighting and loose stairwell treads
• Perform lawn care including mowing, raking, weeding, and seasonal planting
• Maintain, adjust, and repair irrigation systems, fountains, and pool/spa equipment
• Pressure wash sidewalks, buildings, and pool decks
• Assist with snow and ice removal as required
• Promote safety awareness to limit property loss and injury

Requirements

• High School/GED or Trade School diploma
• One year of full-time experience in lawn or grounds maintenance
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to work flexible schedules including after-hours and weekend emergencies
• Ability to perform physically demanding work

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Pool Operator (CPO)
