Responsibilities
- Clean all assigned areas in, around, and outside NYPL buildings
- Sweep, scrub, wax, and polish floors, vacuum, and shampoo carpets
- Dust furniture, bookshelves, and equipment
- Handle snow removal
- Transport trash or discarded materials to disposal areas and manage dumpsters for collection
- Move, remove, and set up furniture for special functions as directed
- Perform related duties as required under the supervision of the Operations Supervisor or Building Manager
