Responsibilities

• Support housekeeping staff with cleaning tasks and linen changes
• Handle laundry transport and distribution of extra beds
• Provide luggage service (porterage) for national and international guests
• Maintain order and cleanliness in the entrance hall and outdoor areas
• Collaborate with Front Office, Housekeeping, and other departments

Requirements

• Joy in interacting with people and practical work
• Well-groomed appearance and friendly demeanor
• Good German and English language skills
• Reliable, independent working style and hands-on mentality
• Experience in hospitality or a similar position is an advantage but not required
