Responsibilities

• Enhance and maintain cleanliness of all exterior areas of the property
• Paint, clean apartments and common areas
• Check and replace exterior lighting
• Remove litter, debris, and pet droppings from grounds
• Remove abandoned furniture, trash, and boxes
• Detail property and assist with various physical tasks as directed
• Assist with make-ready duties
• Clean and maintain storage areas
• Distribute resident communications
• Perform work area clean-up and safety related duties

Requirements

• Must be able to lift heavy items
• Must be reliable and have excellent transportation
• Must have general maintenance skills
