Porter Lead - Night

Responsibilities

• Train production personnel in machinery operation and sanitation methods
• Monitor and record porter staff performance to ensure daily cleaning requirements are met
• Operate all machinery and equipment according to manuals and safety instructions
• Maintain accurate documentation regarding employee performance and facility cleanliness
• Provide objective feedback to the Sanitation Supervisor for performance evaluations
• Adhere to all corporate policies and procedures within Engineering and Production departments

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Fluency in English (speaking, reading, and writing)
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
• Ability to push or pull up to 300 lbs
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and crouch for extended periods
• Willingness to work overtime or weekends as required

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role
• Experience operating sanitation and cleaning equipment
