Porter

Responsibilities

• Receive, label, date, and properly store all deliveries in designated storage areas
• Remove trash, recycling, and cardboard to maintain a clean work environment
• Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Conduct regular checks of kitchen and service areas to replenish operational needs
• Communicate and coordinate daily responsibilities with Porters, Chefs, and management
• Maintain cleanliness of assigned work areas, service stations, and storage spaces
• Clean and sanitize floors, shelves, walls, counters, and waste disposal areas
• Perform additional duties and special cleaning projects as assigned

Requirements

• 1 year experience in restaurants
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods
• Ability to lift 30+ pounds
• Flexible availability for AM and PM shifts, including weekends
• Strong teamwork and professionalism
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
