Responsibilities

• Responsible for the welcome and farewell of guests according to company policies
• Manage guest car parking and maintain the cleanliness of the parking area
• Ensure the external reception area is orderly and well-maintained
• Stay informed about guest arrivals, departures, and in-house information
• Maintain knowledge of local touristic attractions and hotel services
• Assist Reception staff as necessary
• Handle emergency requests as directed by a Supervisor
• Anticipate guest needs and maintain professional relationships

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Italian
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• High School certificate
• Ability to maintain high service standards
