Port Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the operations team including inspectors and technical staff
• Plan and organize daily operations, optimizing resources and capacity
• Supervise the execution of inspection services and ensure technical quality
• Interact with clients and terminals to ensure high service levels
• Analyze and resolve operational incidents quickly and effectively
• Control performance indicators, operational reporting, and billing
• Participate in procedure development, continuous improvement, and regulatory compliance
• Train and develop the team to enhance technical and operational capabilities
• Provide technical and operational support to other delegations

Requirements

• University degree in Nautical Science or Technical Engineering
• Previous experience in operations management within port, logistics, or industrial environments
• Experience leading operational teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and management systems
• Availability for paid on-call shifts during weekends and night shifts
• Driver's license and vehicle
• English proficiency (B2-C1 level)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in strategic planning and performance analysis
