Port Cruise Representative

Responsibilities

• Deliver a flawless guest experience supporting the Five Keys: Safety, Courtesy, Inclusion, Show, and Efficiency
• Collect and process guest cruise documents and verify citizenship
• Perform efficient automated check-in functions using tablets and handheld devices
• Proactively engage with guests to answer questions, provide directions, and offer assistance
• Maintain crowd control in various terminal areas during peak operational hours
• Perform multiple tasks simultaneously in both indoor and outdoor settings under different weather conditions
• Assist in finding solutions when challenges arise with guests or cast members

Requirements

• Computer and technical proficiency, including the ability to navigate multiple concurrent applications
• Verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods in various terminal areas
• Physical ability to lift, push, pull, bend, twist, and kneel, including lifting up to 40-50 lbs
• Availability to work all seven days of the week to support business scheduling needs
• Full availability for required training

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual skills
• Previous experience in the cruise line industry
• Previous experience in hotel guest services
