Population Health Strategy Manager

Responsibilities

• Map the healthcare ecosystem to identify key players, Centers of Excellence, and referral pathways across public and private sectors.
• Build partnerships with public health leaders and clinical stakeholders to raise awareness of early Type 1 diabetes detection.
• Identify and remove operational barriers in screening and monitoring along the patient pathway.
• Design and implement collaborative care pathways and projects to optimize infrastructure for early detection.
• Engage external stakeholders, including professional associations and prevention networks, to create awareness.
• Develop evidence-based, non-promotional narratives to educate and inspire action across the healthcare system.
• Continuously assess and optimize screening, monitoring, and care delivery to improve patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, or Public Health.
• Commercial or medical pharmaceutical/medical devices background.
• Proven experience in project management and external stakeholder engagement.
• Experience in a specialty disease area is required.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic (strong communication and presentation skills).
• Strong interpersonal, networking, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze complex insights and manage diverse stakeholder relationships.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience specifically within the diabetes therapeutic area.
• Marketing experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
