Population Health Strategies Consultant

Responsibilities

• Develop customized, long-term population health strategies for employer clients by analyzing demographics, health culture, claims data, and disease states.
• Collect and review qualitative and quantitative indicators of health risk to identify opportunities for improving population health.
• Lead health risk management strategy development, including managing clients with complex needs.
• Collaborate with account teams, Producers, and specialty practices to align health strategies with client business and HR objectives.
• Deliver RFPs, presentations, and professional correspondence with minimal supervision.
• Provide strategic direction to clients and account teams during vendor selection, implementation, and ongoing projects.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vendor capabilities and compliance regulations impacting health risk management.
• Coach and develop junior associates and support staff as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7-10 years of demonstrated experience in benefits and/or Health Risk Strategies (HRS).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to various audiences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Microsoft Teams.
• Ability and willingness to travel for client meetings (projected at <20%).
