Pool Server

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional food and beverage service to guests in a fast-paced, outdoor poolside environment
• Greet guests warmly and take food and beverage orders promptly following established service standards
• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in during meals and addressing any comments or complaints to management
• Manage guest checks and process payments accurately
• Set up and clear stations, tables, and outdoor spaces to maintain a clean and inviting atmosphere
• Maintain cleanliness of tableware, serving equipment, and service areas
• Perform necessary side duties and carry essential tools such as corkscrews and crumbers

Requirements

• 1 year of customer service experience required
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs
• Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems
• Knowledge of food and beverage products
• Ability to work in outdoor conditions, including heat and humidity, and stand for extended periods
• High school diploma or GED preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year of serving experience preferred
• Familiarity with 5-star service standards
• Knowledge of Colorado liquor laws
