Pool Route Technician

Responsibilities

• Skim, vacuum, brush, and clean pool tiles following precise protocols
• Maintain exact chemical balance through regular testing and adjustments
• Complete scheduled filter cleanings and identify equipment or water quality issues
• Communicate pool conditions and maintenance needs professionally to customers
• Manage daily route efficiently, starting on time with a stocked truck by 8:00 AM
• Document all tasks using the digital record-keeping system
• Maintain assigned company vehicle and equipment in clean, organized condition

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with minimum 3 years of licensed driving experience and age 21+
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong communication skills and positive attitude
• Commitment to detail, procedures, and high-quality standards
