Pool Renovation Sales Consultant

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers to present and explain pool renovation options and backyard services
• Assess customer needs and create designs or product recommendations using design software
• Conduct timely follow-up after initial customer meetings to close sales
• Run assigned sales appointments and coordinate scheduling needs
• Collaborate with Customer Care and Operations teams for a seamless customer experience
• Utilize pricing tools and methodology to determine customer pricing
• Participate in marketing activities such as trade shows and local networking to generate leads
• Prepare and maintain sales reports including activity, follow-up, and closings

Requirements

• Three plus years of successful B2C sales experience
• Prior swimming pool experience required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Working knowledge of CRM software
• Ability to work nights and weekends
• Willingness to work under a 100% commission pay structure after an initial salary period
• Ability to travel up to 90% within the assigned territory
• Physical ability to work in outdoor environments and lift up to 30 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience with landscaping design software
• Knowledge of swimming pool build and service processes
