Pool Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily pool maintenance activities, including cleaning, chemical treatments, and equipment upkeep
• Ensure pool water quality meets health and safety standards through regular testing and adjustments
• Manage pool maintenance staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
• Perform routine inspections of pool area facilities and equipment, addressing any issues promptly
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, chemical usage, and incidents
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to prolong the life of pool equipment
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Respond to guest inquiries and complaints professionally and effectively

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Pool Maintenance Supervisor, preferably in luxury hotel or resort environments
• Strong knowledge of pool water chemistry, filtration systems, and maintenance procedures
• Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
• Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail
• Good communication skills and customer service orientation
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to pool maintenance
• Must be currently located in the UAE

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant certifications in pool maintenance or water treatment
