Pool Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily pool maintenance operations and a team of technicians
• Monitor and maintain proper water chemistry and hygiene quality standards
• Inspect filtration, circulation, and pumping systems to ensure optimal performance
• Schedule preventive maintenance and coordinate necessary repairs
• Ensure strict compliance with local health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Maintain detailed records of inspections, maintenance activities, and chemical usage
• Coordinate with engineering and facility management teams
• Train and guide staff on best practices and safety procedures

Requirements

• Proven experience in pool maintenance and supervision, preferably in luxury or high-end properties
• Strong knowledge of pool systems, chemicals, and safety standards
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex pool equipment issues
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and record-keeping abilities
• Good communication skills and the ability to motivate staff
• Flexibility to respond to emergency maintenance calls as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certification in pool maintenance or a related field
