Pool Construction Superintendent

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision to crews and subcontractors
• Coordinate daily operations, job performance, and site management
• Perform reviews of construction plans for accuracy and feasibility
• Set and communicate expectations to homeowners regarding timelines, budget, and scope
• Supervise on-site activities to ensure safety, compliance, and adherence to specifications
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules
• Monitor project budgets including labor, materials, and subcontractor expenses
• Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners
• Conduct final walk-throughs and address punch list items

Requirements

• Proven experience managing residential construction projects
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Proactive problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with project management software and scheduling tools
• Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting and prolonged standing in outdoor environments
