Pool Club Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the pool and bar team in daily operations, including staffing and work planning
• Manage daily bar operations, drink selection, and cocktail techniques
• Ensure a welcoming atmosphere and handle guest inquiries and feedback
• Maintain safety, hygiene, and alcohol handling routines at the pool and bar
• Train and develop staff bar knowledge and service skills through coaching and workshops
• Handle administration including ordering, inventory control, and sales reporting
• Participate in planning and executing pool and bar-related events

Requirements

• Previous experience in a bar environment, preferably with personnel responsibility or leadership experience
• Strong bar knowledge and experience in composing and serving high-quality drinks
• Ability to lead, develop, and engage a team
• Understanding of safety and hygiene routines related to pool and service operations
• Service-oriented and solution-focused mindset
• Proficiency in Swedish; English is a merit
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, and every other weekend
