Pool Club Supervisor

About the Company

Hjortviken Country Club is Sweden's newest Country Club, located just outside Gothenburg with views over Västra Nedsjön. We offer a wide range of experiences including two restaurants, 150 hotel rooms, six bars, and a premier Pool Club, operating year-round.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational operations with 90% presence on the floor alongside the team and guests
• Coach staff in real-time to ensure high service and quality standards
• Drive sales and guest experiences through active engagement
• Manage guest feedback, NPS, and professional handling of complaints
• Ensure routines, SOPs, and checklists are strictly followed
• Manage staffing levels, orders, inventory, and cash reconciliations
• Collaborate closely with other Supervisors and the Pool Club Manager

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in service, hotel, or restaurant industries
• Proven experience as an operational leader who leads by example
• Structured yet flexible approach to work
• Business-driven mindset with an understanding of the link between service and sales
• Ability to work weekdays, evenings, and every other weekend
