About the Company

Founded in 1972, T Bar M Racquet Club has served as the premier private members tennis and racquet Club for Texas and the greater southwest region. The new Banner House at T Bar M will include tennis courts, padel and pickleball courts, a resort-style pool, taqueria, private events, lounges, restaurant, and bar, alongside a world-class fitness and wellness center.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Serve food and provide outstanding customer service to members and guests
• Greet members, learn preferences, and make menu recommendations
• Upsell items and create new drink recipes
• Utilize proper equipment and ingredients while maintaining cleanliness
• Maintain a professional demeanor and positive energy to drive sales and atmosphere

Requirements

• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in high-volume food and beverage operations
• Proficiency in crafting cocktails and working with seasonal ingredients
• Ability to multitask effectively and deliver prompt, consistent service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility in working hours and dependable attendance
• Required certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS)
• Willingness to attend all pre-shift meetings
