Pool Attendant

Responsibilities

• Assist and ensure guests are treated courteously and efficiently according to Belmond standards
• Anticipate guest needs to deliver luxury experiences
• Maintain a clean workstation at all times
• Ensure all pool furniture is neatly arranged and cleaned
• Collaborate closely with colleagues from other departments

Requirements

• Effective communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal
• High emotional intelligence and ability to handle interpersonal relationships
• Strong collaborative skills and willingness to work within a group
• Results-driven mindset with a sense of urgency and ownership
