Polyvalent Operator L2

Responsibilities

• Participate in the assembly of daily production, including material inspection, cladding, mounting, ultrasonic welding, testing, packaging, and repair.
• Read and interpret Yazaki technical drawings to ensure products meet client quality requirements.
• Mentor and train new operators, providing professional support to help them reach standard operational speeds.
• Conduct practical tests to evaluate the knowledge and skills acquired by trainees.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols, using required personal protective equipment (PPE) and following risk analysis guidelines.
• Monitor production processes and inform line supervisors of material discrepancies, equipment failures, or execution issues.
• Support team efforts to prevent work process interruptions and assist with other production-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Proven experience in assembly, testing, and packaging of components.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Experience in mentoring, training, or supervising staff in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to established safety rules.
• Ability to perform tasks according to standard operating procedures (SOP) and efficiency targets.
