Polymer Sales Support Expert

Responsibilities

• Process, manage, and follow up customer orders to ensure on-time delivery and high service levels
• Act as the primary contact for customers regarding orders, deliveries, invoicing, certificates, and samples
• Execute daily sales administration, including customer master data maintenance and contract management in CRM
• Monitor invoices and overdue payments, and manage credit limit requests
• Handle customer complaints and follow up on resolution status
• Prepare sales reports and support decision-making processes
• Support Sales Managers with administrative tasks, CRM updates, and reporting
• Contribute to sales-related projects and propose process improvements

Requirements

• BSc/MSc degree in Economics or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Sales, Customer Care, or Logistics
• Fluency in English and a minimum B2 level of German
• Basic knowledge of order-to-cash, foreign trade, logistics, and financial processes
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce)
• Customer-focused, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
• High level of accuracy and ability to work independently
