About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage personnel and practical team operations
- Learn testing and experimentation for polymer materials including rubber, plastics, coatings, and waterproofing materials
- Assign tasks to team members and provide training for testing processes (sample pretreatment, processing, and curing)
- Assist supervisors in managing laboratory testing workflows and process improvements to optimize operations and quality systems
- Provide customer service and resolve technical issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects
Requirements
- University or Master's degree in Science or Engineering
- Background in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or Chemistry preferred
- Experience in personnel management
- Proficiency in office software
- Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills
- Valid driver's license (motorcycle or small car)
