Polymer Management Trainee

Responsibilities

• Manage personnel and practical team operations
• Learn testing and experimentation for polymer materials including rubber, plastics, coatings, and waterproofing materials
• Assign tasks to team members and provide training for testing processes (sample pretreatment, processing, and curing)
• Assist supervisors in managing laboratory testing workflows and process improvements to optimize operations and quality systems
• Provide customer service and resolve technical issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects

Requirements

• University or Master's degree in Science or Engineering
• Background in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or Chemistry preferred
• Experience in personnel management
• Proficiency in office software
• Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills
• Valid driver's license (motorcycle or small car)
