Polymécanicien de maintenance

Responsibilities

• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial and technical equipment
• Diagnose faults and resolve technical malfunctions
• Perform troubleshooting on mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic installations
• Participate in the installation, assembly, and commissioning of new equipment
• Execute small internal projects in mechanics and locksmithing
• Complete intervention reports and maintain up-to-date technical documentation
• Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee installation availability and performance
• Adhere to safety, quality, and established procedural rules
• Assist in the management of spare parts and tooling
• Participate in the on-call service according to the organizational schedule

Requirements

• CFC in polymechanic, maintenance mechanic, or equivalent training
• Proven experience in industrial maintenance
• Solid knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, and pneumatics
• Proficiency with standard IT tools
• Analytical mindset, autonomy, and strong organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
• Rigor, flexibility, and a high sense of responsibility

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of industrial electricity
• Knowledge of ATEX environments and requirements
