Political Compliance Co-op

Responsibilities

• Manage disbursements for COMPAC and Corporate political contributions, including compiling documentation and logging vouchers in Microsoft Access.
• Assist in the administration of the $2 million annual PAC Match program by preparing letters and checks for charitable organizations.
• Maintain accurate recordkeeping and update charity databases, including obtaining tax-exempt certifications.
• Provide on-site support for political fundraisers, such as guest check-in and coordinating with catering and security.
• Assist in writing and editing internal communications directed at over 20,000 management-level employees.
• Support the Political Compliance staff with various administrative and departmental tasks.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree from Drexel University with a cooperative learning track.
• Available to work 40 hours per week for a 6-month period (September 22, 2026, through March 26, 2027).
• Authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship needs.
• Ability to report in-person to the Philadelphia office.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong interest in the political process and the telecommunications, cable, or media industries.
• Ability to work both collaboratively in a team and independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Academic background in History, Mathematics, Political Science, Business Administration, Economics, Entrepreneurship, or Finance.
