Responsibilities

• Prepare and organize the finishing work for High Jewelry pieces
• Perform high-precision polishing on diverse and technical jewelry items
• Execute rhodium plating processes
• Communicate with internal stakeholders regarding the technical and aesthetic aspects of pieces
• Apply and ensure strict adherence to safety and risk prevention rules

Requirements

• Confirmed experience as a polisher within a High Jewelry or fine jewelry workshop
• Proficiency in rhodium plating
• Ability to work on complex and technical pieces with high rigor and exigence
• Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to work within a team and transmit knowledge
• Proactive attitude and a constant drive for learning
