About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform preparation and/or finishing operations on various watchmaking components
- Ensure dimensional and aesthetic control of the produced parts
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- AFP de polisseur (Apprenticeship Certificate in Polishing)
- Significant professional experience in finishing/termination
- Knowledge of automatic or semi-automatic finishing processes
- Excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity
- Autonomous, organized, and a strong team player
- Rigorous and respectful of technical procedures
- Availability to work in a 2x8 shift pattern
