Polisher II

Responsibilities

• Perform precision polishing using cloth, hand tools, power tools, and air pneumatic tools
• Inspect and assess materials for flaws, cracks, and surface imperfections with a high level of accuracy
• Operate and maintain polishing machinery including wheels and vibratory finishers
• Train and mentor junior polishers on techniques and safety protocols
• Maintain proper ergonomics and ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in metal finishing or polishing in a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency with polishing tools and techniques, including pneumatic and mechanical systems
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks in a warehouse setting

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience mentoring or training others
