About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls, emails, tickets, and chats from existing customers and partners to resolve issues according to guidelines
- Provide an efficient and high-quality customer experience at every contact point
- Update customer databases and document actions and history for future contacts and campaigns
- Adhere to schedules and company rules
- Identify potential customers and pass them to the sales team
Requirements
- Native Polish speaker
- Fluent English (B2 level)
- Good computer literacy and technical skills
- Ability to work under pressure to achieve goals
- Responsible, reliable, and professional attitude
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- EU Passport required
