About the role

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, tickets, and chats from existing customers and partners to resolve issues according to guidelines
  • Provide an efficient and high-quality customer experience at every contact point
  • Update customer databases and document actions and history for future contacts and campaigns
  • Adhere to schedules and company rules
  • Identify potential customers and pass them to the sales team

Requirements

  • Native Polish speaker
  • Fluent English (B2 level)
  • Good computer literacy and technical skills
  • Ability to work under pressure to achieve goals
  • Responsible, reliable, and professional attitude
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • EU Passport required
