Polis Bantuan (Security Assistant)

Responsibilities

• Execute patrols and static post duties to maintain security and prevent crime
• Report emergencies, criminal activities, or suspicious incidents to superiors promptly
• Patrol designated routes and monitor construction or maintenance works
• Direct traffic flow during peak hours and manage illegal parking
• Report mechanical, electrical, or utility faults such as gas leaks or lift malfunctions
• Supervise outsourced security guards on duty
• Assist in enforcing safety and fire regulations, including SecCheck inspections
• Act as a first point of contact during security incidents

Requirements

• Minimum SPM with pass in 5 subjects including BM and Sejarah
• Malaysian citizen aged between 20 and 35 years old
• No criminal record or drug influence
• Good physical health and eyesight
• At least 1 year of experience in a related security field
• Knowledge of Auxiliary Police Rules and Regulations
• Proficiency in crowd control and basic first aid
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
