Responsibilities

• Plan construction execution and manage the construction workflow
• Coordinate and assign work to internal and external site personnel
• Ensure the highest standards of occupational safety and health protection
• Manage material requirements, procurement, and monitoring of deliveries
• Perform site surveys, measurements, and staking tasks
• Maintain the construction log in coordination with site management
• Support site management with performance recording and documentation
• Monitor and control the work papers of subcontractors

Requirements

• Completed commercial-technical vocational training or advanced training as a Polier
• Several years of professional experience in industrial or high-rise construction
• Experience in managing General Contractor (GU) projects
• Proficiency in MS Office and affinity for digitalization
• Valid Class B driver's license
• Strong teamwork, assertiveness, and an independent way of working
