Polier:in Hoch- und Ingenieurbau

Responsibilities

• Lead and plan the deployment of employees and subcontractors
• Organize construction processes for high-rise and civil engineering projects
• Support construction management, participate in site meetings, and maintain the construction diary
• Plan material requirements, coordinate orders, and monitor deliveries
• Ensure quality control as well as occupational health and safety standards on-site

Requirements

• Completed technical training or advanced qualification as a Polier, Master Craftsman, or Technician
• Several years of professional experience as a Polier in high-rise and civil engineering
• Proficiency in using PCs and tablets
• Valid Class B driver's license
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage various trades on a construction site
