Polier im Hochbau

Responsibilities

• Lead employees and subcontractors to ensure smooth construction workflows from groundbreaking to handover
• Support site management in communicating with clients and authorities
• Participate in construction meetings and maintain the construction diary (Bautagebuch)
• Manage material requirements, including ordering, monitoring, and logistics
• Oversee quality control and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations

Requirements

• Completed technical training in a commercial-technical field
• Qualification as a Polier, Meister, or Techniker
• Several years of experience in building construction (Hochbau)
• Proficiency in using digital tools (e.g., tablets, digital construction diaries)
• Valid Class B driver's license
