Responsibilities

• Goal-oriented, project-specific preparation and execution of construction sites
• Planning construction execution, shaping and controlling the construction process
• Economic resource planning for personnel, equipment, and material
• Implementation of occupational safety and health protection measures
• Supporting work preparation regarding construction methods and implementation of LEAN methods
• Monitoring subcontractors regarding quality and adherence to schedules

Requirements

• Completed technical or craft-based vocational training in construction
• Further training or education as a certified Polier or Werkpolier
• Several years of professional experience as a Polier or Werkpolier
• Independent, committed, and reliable way of working
• Cooperative attitude and enjoyment of teamwork
• Communication skills, ability to accept criticism, and a hands-on mentality
