About the role
Responsibilities
- Receive and review post-closing document packages for completeness
- Follow up with attorney partners regarding missing or outstanding items
- Monitor the policy email inbox for incoming documents and requests
- Prepare files for policy issuance by confirming vesting, legal descriptions, and required endorsements
- Generate and issue final title policies in accordance with company procedures and timelines
- Deliver final policies to appropriate parties and maintain accurate documentation
- Receipt and disburse wires from attorney partners following internal controls
- Perform monthly remittance discrepancy reviews to ensure accounts balance
Requirements
- Experience working in a high-touch customer service environment
- Experience in the closing industry, specifically reviewing HUDs and various closing documents
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, 9am–5pm
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a time-sensitive environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
