About the role

Responsibilities

  • Receive and review post-closing document packages for completeness
  • Follow up with attorney partners regarding missing or outstanding items
  • Monitor the policy email inbox for incoming documents and requests
  • Prepare files for policy issuance by confirming vesting, legal descriptions, and required endorsements
  • Generate and issue final title policies in accordance with company procedures and timelines
  • Deliver final policies to appropriate parties and maintain accurate documentation
  • Receipt and disburse wires from attorney partners following internal controls
  • Perform monthly remittance discrepancy reviews to ensure accounts balance

Requirements

  • Experience working in a high-touch customer service environment
  • Experience in the closing industry, specifically reviewing HUDs and various closing documents
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to work Monday through Friday, 9am–5pm
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a time-sensitive environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
