Policy Servicing Analyst

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for policy and certificate benefits, including processing requests for surrenders, withdrawals, cancellations, and loans.
• Participate in system enhancements, process improvements, and digital projects by preparing business requirements and performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Review and recommend measures to improve existing business processes and systems.
• Perform data analysis and presentations to support business decision-making.
• Conduct quality checks and sampling reviews in accordance with the Quality Assurance Framework.
• Establish and update guidelines, working instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Approve benefit payments within assigned authority limits.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or an equivalent field.
• 3–5 years of experience within the insurance industry.
• Strong knowledge of insurance processes and operations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and general IT literacy.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Ability to work independently without direct supervision and communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
