About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement legislative and public policy objectives, including advocacy priorities and strategies
- Review legislative language, draft comments, and research issues affecting company priorities
- Maintain relationships with local, regional, and national legislative, executive, and administrative offices
- Represent the company in meetings with government officials, industry associations, and stakeholders
- Manage consultants and agencies to support campaign plans
- Lead strategic engagement with the National Assembly, ministries, and regulators
- Define stakeholder strategies and engagement priorities aligned with business objectives
- Produce concise briefing materials, meeting readouts, and leadership updates
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience working with policy issues in business, political, or regulatory contexts
- Background in the National Assembly, central government, or equivalent policy-facing role preferred
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects within a matrix organization
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and memo-writing skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to travel regularly within the assigned region
- Passion for home-sharing and the company mission
