Policy Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement legislative and public policy objectives, including advocacy priorities and strategies
• Review legislative language, draft comments, and research issues affecting company priorities
• Maintain relationships with local, regional, and national legislative, executive, and administrative offices
• Represent the company in meetings with government officials, industry associations, and stakeholders
• Manage consultants and agencies to support campaign plans
• Lead strategic engagement with the National Assembly, ministries, and regulators
• Define stakeholder strategies and engagement priorities aligned with business objectives
• Produce concise briefing materials, meeting readouts, and leadership updates

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience working with policy issues in business, political, or regulatory contexts
• Background in the National Assembly, central government, or equivalent policy-facing role preferred
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects within a matrix organization
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and memo-writing skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to travel regularly within the assigned region
• Passion for home-sharing and the company mission
