Policy and Partnerships Manager

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage long-term relationships with city staff, elected officials, community organizations, and businesses
• Liaise with partners to establish program rules that ensure operational and financial sustainability
• Identify and cultivate new market leads to expand service and products to new cities
• Advise Operations teams to ensure compliance with local rules and regulations
• Contribute strategy and local knowledge to the Market Entry team
• Provide guidance on legal and compliance matters related to policy initiatives
• Travel as needed to meet with stakeholders and attend industry events

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in public-private partnerships, urban planning, politics, or urban development
• Demonstrated experience developing and fostering community partnerships
• Experience navigating city agencies and local government bureaucracy
• Strong proposal writing and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to lead cross-functional efforts and manage complex projects
• SQL and data analysis skills are a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree
• Experience in law or policy related to urban development
