Policy Analyst - Senior

Responsibilities

• Lead policy development, strategic planning, and business process improvement initiatives
• Develop executive-level briefings, reports, and strategic recommendations
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and stakeholder engagements
• Analyze organizational metrics and operational data to identify process improvements
• Support governance forums, continuity planning, and mission assurance initiatives
• Mentor junior personnel and support leadership decision-making

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI Clearance with ability to obtain CI Polygraph
• 12+ years of experience in business analysis, policy operations, program management, or related field
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field
• Experience supporting IC or DoD mission operations
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft Office, and enterprise collaboration tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Six Sigma, ITIL, or process improvement methodologies
• PMP or related program management certification
• Experience supporting continuity, risk, or governance programs
