Policy Analyst

Responsibilities

• Research and analyze operational data and policy requirements
• Support development of reports, strategic recommendations, and executive briefings
• Coordinate project schedules, stakeholder engagements, and action tracking
• Support policy review, compliance activities, and governance initiatives
• Assist with business process improvement and operational modernization efforts

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI Clearance with ability to obtain Polygraph
• 7+ years of experience in policy analysis, business operations, or program management
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and collaboration tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting IC or DoD mission operations
• Experience supporting governance or continuity initiatives
• Experience with process improvement methodologies
