Wynd Labs is an early-stage startup on a mission to democratize the future of AI. Through our first product, Grass, we provide universal access to public web data and a system where ordinary people can participate in the process and share in the benefits.

Responsibilities

• Organizing and facilitating meetings with policymakers, regulators and strategic advocacy partners
• Tracking policy and regulatory developments affecting Grass
• Developing policy and regulatory advocacy strategies in line with Grass’ mission
• Working closely with PR partners to support policy-related efforts with our media strategy

Requirements

• Advanced degree (JD, MPP, or Master’s in International Relations or Political Science) or equivalent work experience
• Experience in government relations, public affairs, legislative/regulatory environments, or policy advocacy
• Deep understanding of emerging technology trends and their intersection with policy and regulation
• Well-established relationships with policymakers and regulators, primarily in the U.S.
• Proven ability to build coalitions and partnerships
• Excellent communication, negotiation and strategic thinking skills
