Point of Care Sales Specialist

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by building and maintaining relationships with customers and identifying new opportunities
• Work with key decision-makers and influencers to position products and services to meet their needs
• Develop account plans to increase market share for both Non-Acute and Point of Care business units
• Build strong relationships with key distributor partners to ensure product accessibility
• Maintain awareness of the competitive environment and communicate market intelligence to internal departments
• Attend trade shows and relevant conferences to promote products and services
• Utilize digital platforms and technology tools to manage tasks and communicate with colleagues

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 2 years of sales experience in the life sciences industry (direct sales experience preferred)
• Proven track record of sales performance and increased responsibility
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel to customer sites throughout the territory
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills
