About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver podiatry training and upskill healthcare workers in podiatry assistant tasks
- Apply varied teaching methods including workplace mentoring
- Prepare and maintain teaching and learning resources
- Mark assessments and provide feedback via an LMS
- Participate in validation and moderation sessions
- Identify and report student learning difficulties and support additional learning needs
- Assist with review of teaching programs
Requirements
- Qualified Podiatrist
- Teaching qualification or willingness to obtain Cert IV in Training & Assessment
- Passion for adult learning and podiatry talent development
- Ability to assess practical and theoretical student work
