About the role

Responsibilities

  • Deliver podiatry training and upskill healthcare workers in podiatry assistant tasks
  • Apply varied teaching methods including workplace mentoring
  • Prepare and maintain teaching and learning resources
  • Mark assessments and provide feedback via an LMS
  • Participate in validation and moderation sessions
  • Identify and report student learning difficulties and support additional learning needs
  • Assist with review of teaching programs

Requirements

  • Qualified Podiatrist
  • Teaching qualification or willingness to obtain Cert IV in Training & Assessment
  • Passion for adult learning and podiatry talent development
  • Ability to assess practical and theoretical student work
