About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver podiatry training to cohorts of healthcare workers using provided session plans and resources
- Apply varied teaching methods including workplace mentoring where appropriate
- Prepare and maintain teaching and learning resources
- Mark assessments and provide feedback to students via the LMS within set timeframes
- Participate in validation, moderation, and classroom observation sessions
- Identify and report student learning difficulties and support additional learning needs
- Assist with the review of teaching programs
Requirements
- Qualified Podiatrist
- Teaching qualification (degree or Cert IV in Training & Assessment) or willingness to obtain
- Passion for adult learning and developing future podiatry talent
