About the role

Responsibilities

  • Deliver podiatry training to cohorts of healthcare workers using provided session plans and resources
  • Apply varied teaching methods including workplace mentoring where appropriate
  • Prepare and maintain teaching and learning resources
  • Mark assessments and provide feedback to students via the LMS within set timeframes
  • Participate in validation, moderation, and classroom observation sessions
  • Identify and report student learning difficulties and support additional learning needs
  • Assist with the review of teaching programs

Requirements

  • Qualified Podiatrist
  • Teaching qualification (degree or Cert IV in Training & Assessment) or willingness to obtain
  • Passion for adult learning and developing future podiatry talent
