About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver training in podiatry assistant tasks to cohorts of healthcare workers
- Apply varied teaching methods including workplace mentoring
- Prepare and maintain teaching and learning resources
- Mark assessments and provide feedback to students via LMS
- Undergo classroom observation by the RTO Manager
- Participate in validation and moderation sessions
- Identify and report student learning difficulties
- Support students with additional learning needs
- Assist with review of teaching programs
Requirements
- Qualified Podiatrist
- Teaching qualification (Degree or Cert IV in Training & Assessment) or willingness to obtain
- Passion for adult learning and developing future podiatry talent
