Podiatrist

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed assessments and diagnoses of foot and ankle conditions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans including conservative management, orthotics, and surgical interventions
• Perform surgical procedures related to foot and ankle disorders as appropriate
• Educate patients on preventive foot care and rehabilitation protocols
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physiotherapists, orthopedists, and primary care providers
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records in compliance with clinical guidelines
• Stay abreast of advances in foot and ankle podiatry and integrate best practices

Requirements

• Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) degree from an accredited institution
• Valid medical license to practice podiatry in Abu Dhabi/UAE
• Specialized training and experience in foot and ankle care
• Proven clinical experience managing complex foot and ankle pathologies
• Strong surgical skills related to foot and ankle procedures
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
