About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and produce engaging social content including video cut-downs, motion graphic promos, image assets, and stories/reels
- Collaborate with show producers and hosts to identify compelling moments for short-form social pieces
- Optimize content for platform performance including length, format, captioning, and hashtags
- Track performance metrics and feed insights back into creative strategy
- Maintain an archive of assets and templates to improve production workflows
Requirements
- Proven experience creating short-form video and motion assets for podcasts or media brands
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or After Effects
- Skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Data literacy to interpret performance metrics
- Portfolio or reel showcasing past social campaign results
- Experience in podcast media or editorial-driven brands
