Podcast Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily production workflow for AI-generated podcasts across multiple cities and brands, ensuring daily English and Arabic publications.
• Oversee the use of AI voice tools like ElevenLabs to generate narration from editorial scripts while managing usage limits.
• Collaborate with Product teams to develop unique voice avatars and automated workflows that convert audio into video formats for social media.
• Manage podcast publishing and distribution across major platforms including Spotify and Apple Podcasts.
• Maintain and update podcast metadata, including titles, descriptions, tags, and show notes.
• Coordinate with social media teams to repurpose podcast content into short clips for social discovery.
• Monitor audio quality, editorial accuracy, and brand tone across all episodes.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as downloads, listens, and audience retention.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Media, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in podcast production, audio content operations, or digital media.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic is required.
• Strong understanding of podcast publishing and distribution via Spotify and Apple Podcasts.
• Familiarity with AI voice generation tools (e.g., ElevenLabs) and content production workflows.
• Basic audio editing skills and experience with metadata management.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prepare data-driven performance reports.
